It is possible that you have Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome or PCOS. I was diagnosed with this myself a little over 2 years ago. One of the main symptoms is an irregular menstrual cycle or a complete cease of periods. For women with this condition who are looking to get pregnant many doctors suggest Clomid. Clomid is a fertility drug that stimulate the ovaries to ovulate which enables the egg to be fertilized. For more information on PCOS you can visit www.4woman.gov. I would suggest trying on your own to get pregnant and if that does not work ask your OB about prescribing Clomid for you. Good Luck.

You mean PCOS or Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome. Listen go to www.newbabyjubilee.com and click on Infertility---> Female Infertility. There is info on PCOS. Women can conceive having this condition when treated right. One teatment option is the ovulation stimulating drug Clomid. I know of one woman who delivered last December with twins, having PCOS nad using Clomid. The most important factor in determining female fertility is age and not necessarily these factors so you should probably be more concerned with your age and not the condition.
