I cannot speak clearly whenever I have to ask something about?
But sometimes when my closest friend is with me I can ask anything very clearly..........Why it happens?................

maybe you just fill like speaking clearly but when you try you get nervous.

you are not comfortable with your surroundings. there is no advice to how you do this, because you have to do this yourself. get to know more people, build your social life, and learn to open up to more people, this will make you more comfortable in your surroundings and help you. however, these are only suggestions, you ultimately have to do this yourself

nope.. sorry... hehehe kiddin... well i guess you're lack of self confidence. you're not comfortable when you're not with you friends i guess. so better go out to your comfort zone and explre new stuff and get used to it.
