i want new notebook computer,i want it as affordable,lightweight, and quality.. what brand it maybe? if its possible,it has built in cam

If you are looking for a specific answer to this question then I would say you are looking for an MTECH laptop for the specs you have listed. MTECH advertised an M12C with just the specific features you listed at an affordable price, but their site recently lists this particular model as discontinued. However they do still offer these features on other models and have gotten great reviews on their products. I do not personally have experience with this particular laptop so can only tell you what I have read about it, but if you are just looking for any laptop with these particular specs then you can find a plethora of choices to review yourself by typing your specs into your search bar and select from the many you will find to begin your research. Good hunting as there are many great notebooks on the market today. I will have to say though that of the many I have tried I find that IBM is great as is ACER. I find that Compaq leaves something to be desired for me as does DELL, but that is just my personal opinion. Hope this helps.

if $500 dollars is all your willing to spend then ebay is where you should look but it wont be a new one. i paid $1,900 for my sony vaio laptop 1 year ago and its the best computer i could ever asked for. so if i was you i'd look for a HP or maybe a dell on ebay for $500 or you could get a fairly nice apple off ebay cause they are usually pretty cheap on ebay.

Dell is a good place to start. I work for them, they have alot for general users.
An integrated cam is usually on higher scale models however, and this goes for most portables.
