The Web site that I find useful Is Gamecheat.com
When you get to the site, you type in the game you are looking for and it will give you all the cheat codes that are available at that time.

Anyway, to find cheats on this site, go to the search bar in the upper-right corner and search your game title.
Once you find that game on the list on the next page, next to it, (Not directly next to it but to the right of it.) there should be a link that says "Codes". Click that, and there you go.
If you still want to find more codes or you're confused about how to use that site, go to Gamewinners.com and search your game.
