My fiance who's name is June has very large breasts, 38ddd.
She says she THINKS she should maybe get a breast reduction.
I love her just the way she is. What do you think?

If she has any back pain or issues she should research it, and you should support her wanting better health (i.e. no pain).
http://www.breasthealthonline.com helped me out greatly in my breast reduction experience. I went from a 38J to a 38C in Feb '06 and had 5 lbs taken off of me.
Also she should go to Nordstroms or JCPenney for a proper fitting if she hasn't already, as 80% of women are wearing the wrong size bra. Don't go to victoria secret or fredericks as they size differently/wrong (went there they said I was a 40DDD but I was a 38C).

The decision to have a breast reduction surgery is not one that is usually based only on appearance. If this is a serious question and she really is that big, then yes, it'd probably be a good idea for her to have the surgery. She will definitely end up with back problems and pain if she doesn't already have them. Soon you won't be watching her suck them...she'll be tripping over them.

If she thinks she may need a breast reduction it could be for medical reasons. Haveing large breasts is very hard on the back and can cause pain and other problems if she does not have strong musceles in her back. Or it could be for image. She may have gotten very uncomfortable attention in the past or is still getting it now and wants to reduce the size to discourage unwanted attention.

Does she have back/shoulder pain? Rashes under the breasts(especially in the summer)? Indentations in the shoulders from bra straps? Self esteem problems? Poor posture? Difficulty finding clothing that fits right? You may like them but she may want this done for herself. Strap a 5pound bag of sugar to your chest and walk around like that for a while. Very uncomfortable.
I used to be a 38DDD and had the surgery 6 years ago. It was the best thing I ever could have done for myself. There was nothing to it. I am now in a 38 C and it is great.

If she's uncomfortable, then that should be your number one concern. taking them down a bit won't decrease her sex appeal. Its not easy to find tops and dresses that fit larger breasts. (says experience).
She may, if she's not using the right support for her chest, experience back pain etc. so if she's not already, encourage her to see a bra specialty store to get the right support, or support her in her wishes to reduce.

Hey cuz, just tell her straight up that you love her the way she is. But don't forget that she maybe having some serious back trouble lugging those ddd's around. Be nice and considerate about the whole situation.

As the other's told.. if it is causing her any kind of pain... she should perform a reduction i guess...

don always think of pleasuring urself.. see if its going to be a problem for her... Got it!!

if she's having back pain or other problems, then of course she should have reduction. if you're doing thinking that she shouldn't based on the fact that it turns you on, you're not a great fiancee.
