What draws your attention to a store when they are having a sale?
I'm trying to get rid of my current inventory to bring in new styles and I'm having a 50% off sale. They are unbeatable prices for the type of fashion and quality..
For some reason, traffic to my site has been really slow and it happened very suddenly. Normally I would get about 5-10 orders/day and now i'm lucky to get a couple. It's been like this for a week now. What are some good pointers? What gets your attention? Maybe that will help my marketing a lot better.

i like ur site but it could do with a few tweaks. It takes a long time to load and instead of the plain white backround in the middle of the page you could spice it up with interesting backrounds/pictures/phrases/html. Try and make it more interesting and themed. If posh & is your theme--really posh it up. Perhaps add interesting positive and daring catch phrases? I suggest updating the html of it and make it more interesting. Add themed music/flash html/pictures other than clothes?/interesting pages like a page on tips on what 2 wear this season or what 2 wear with this..etc..?/create a strong theme. make the page more vibrant or elegant..etc. I definately recommend that u get rid of the plain white backround. Also, change the lighting/quality of the pictures of the featured products? its a bit hazy and doesnt look very proffessional. You could brighten the lighting or add A LITTLE tinge of color to it on photoshop to go with a theme. You should check out some other websites of other similar clothing stores and see their themes/html for ideas. Good luck.

Your site is pretty good, some of the pictures that are on a body instead of the dress dummy are very slow to load. I think that the bra, tops on a budget and other areas that where you have to click on a size before seeing the clothes may confuse some people they may just see small, Meduim, large and not realize they have to click, they might think there aren't any available. Just a thought.

A white sign with bright pink letters that reminds me of a Victoria's Secret sale!!!

Your site is cute, but a photo on the first page might be more enticing. Clothes look better on models than manikens, but keep the background of the photo simple so the clothes show up. :-)

To be totally honest I never go into shops that I know do not have my size, I am petite and so just don't bother wasting my time going into a shop that I know does not do petites. That leaves me with about 4 shops that I know I will find something that fits, so that's the only thing that attracts me to a shop, if they have a sale on then it's a bonus!

If it is winter where you are, maybe do the layering deal. Mix winter toppers with spring unders, showing multi use for the clothing, not just seasonal. Color also pops! Can you accessorize the outfits as well?
