I know a punch-grab-twist combo to the groin that would bring down a bull elephant :)
It works every time (I've only done it three times ever).

how about a kick punch knee grab twist combo that should do the trick then you wouldnt have to worry about other girls bringing you down cuz you wouldnt have balls after that swift move :)

I think if this was reversed I'd knee the chick right in the clitoris and smash it against her pubic bone, then watch her drop to the floor, hehe.
Girls will drop instantly as well. It's funny.
