The New Horizons probe closest approach to Jupiter will be February 28, 2007. While at Jupiter, New Horizon's instruments will refine the orbits of Jupiter's inner moons, particularly Amalthea. The probe's cameras will measure volcanoes on Io and study all 4 Gallilean moons in detail. Imaging of the Jovian system began September 4, 2006
