I'll give you a clue: To find the best Spanish language schools I would go to a country that spoke Spanish. That is where the best Spanish schools are located. However, if I want to know which school is best, then I contact either the Peace Corp or the Ambassador of those countries and get their recommendations. Ambassador aides and peace corp members have to go to school to learn the language. Generally those schools are regarded as the best.
