It becomes "cheating" once he keeps in close contact with them and must speak with them almost daily. He growns an emotional attachment. My bf did this. I wanted to kill him and sometimes still wanna because I think he still does it on the low, just not as much.

Personally I would never limit the friends that my gf/spouse/partner has, regardless of gender.
Then again, if he just likes to 'toy' with others, I suspect you think he's just 'toying' with you, too. Different question.
I would go with your gut instincts. If you stick around, you'll always be wondering.

No its not cheating if hes just talking to them if hes having cyber sex or anything like that i might consider it cheating
