I'm not sure about prices if your not signing up for a service contract but this place is great.

I got 3 motorola i850's for free here with a great service contract.I have nextel and the deal there was way better than nextel would give me.The sight is very easy to work with and will compare any phones or service you could want. You can use the filters on the left side to see only the phones that you want.Sort by features, price, compatibility with service, and manufacturers.

eBay can be good. I've never bought a mobile on there, but most sellers I have dealt with are good, honest people. It's a secure site, you can view previous customer comments about the seller so you can weigh up whether or not it would be worth dealing with particular people and you can sometimes get stuff cheaper from eBay than in the shops.
