everyone keeps telling me i need to use a pliars and twist off the ball
but im just noot getting it.
can someone explain it to me in a better easier way

Tie one end of a string to your lip ring and the other end to the front door-BRACE YOURSELF-AND SLAM THE DOOR!!!

get two sets of pliers, and hold them beside the ball on each side. then just pull them in the opposite direction and the ball with come out.
if you have a stud, use 2 sets of pliars, put one on the bar, the other on the ball, and then twist the ball off.

if its a loop ring with a ball in the middle you need to sort of try to pull the edgeswhere the ball is at and try to slip the little ball off
i had the same problem with mine

try using your fingers. what kind is it? i always had hoops-- the ball "popped" out. if it twists off, then you should be able to loosen it this way.

well...i have my labret pierced. i dont know exactly what kind of lip ring you have. if you just have a stud it should just screw off...you probably already know that. go to
