I only work it twice a week so my sleep is always screwed up but the night after I work one, I usually stay up until about 3 or 4 am unless I have to do a day shift the next day.

When I worked nights I would stay up... just as if I were working, had to keep the routine, when you work 12 hours a night 6 nights a week, you cant afford to try to turn it around, married now and not working and after almost 8 years of working that shift, I'm still having a hard time adjusting after two years of not working... but I'll keep on trying to adjust.... feels nice to be a housewife ... and sometimes it keeps me up late lmao sorry but true

I go to sleep like normal people and try to catch up on my 'night sleep'. I found you sleep much deeper at night than you ever could during the day. If I don't get to sleep at night on my days off I'm exhausted my next work week. I wish I could stay up all night though, but my husband is on the complete opposite schedule than I am so I don't get much sleep anywayz.

I work shifts. 2 weeks of days and 2 weeks of nights rotating. 7am-3pm and 11pm-7am. I find it VERY hard to adjust. After my 2 weeks of days are done I will try to stay up later the 2 days before I start my night shift but its not easy. On my days off I will stay up untill 4 or 5am but when I work I am up till 9 or 10 am. Im at work now and rambling. :)

Work 4 nights, 10pm to 8am.
Will stay up when done with my last workday, so I can sleep at night like most others ("normal" people, ha-ha.. that's funny!).
The only drawback is: when I go back to work after the weekend, I'm up for 24 hours straight. But, it's worth it!

I usually sleep all day and stay up all night, i do that on purpose actually so i dont disrupt my bio internal clock, when i first started working,I used to sleep sometimes at day and sometimes at night but I got soooooo tired,so i decided to keep the same night routine,it was the best thing i did!

I can't afford to screw up my sleep cycle, I can't bounce back from 40 hours of partying to go work for another 8.
I stay up most nights, chatting with some friends who are also night owls, or studying, or, play video games. Sometimes I'll hit a comedy club until 2am, after that, I'll go to bed 3 hours earlier than usual, 3am instead of 6am, to catch up on missed sleep.

When I was working until about 2am, I'd usually watch movies until 5 or 6am. On the days off, I'd keep the same hours. Of course, I'm an insomniac so I didn't do much sleeping ever anyway. I'd usually be up all around the clock.
