Its because of the pigmentation in the breed. Just like Husky's have very blue/white eyes. Breeds of dogs is the same as humans, we have different colour of skin, and different colour of eyes.

That is just the way they are. It is a trait particular to the breed. Here's a little secret.......their skin is purple/black too!!!
