They say he can stay after school where they have after school tutoring but shouldn't they stand by him one on one. Help him everyday and make sure he is doing good in his classes. He is mainstreamed. I would like answers soon please. His other school gave him good progress. I think it is wrong and he should get better care. Can I get some advice and answers please?

It's very touching that you care so much about your friend's education. Schools have certain systems on how to work with students with disabilities or sensory impairments of any kind. He could, if he is not entirely deaf, possibly receive a hearing aid (with insurance paying for most of the purchase) or he could very well request that the teacher wear a microphone clip on his collar that would transmit what he said into a set of headphones or small speaker located on his desk. Teachers are usually obligated to consent to demands such as these due to the ADA legal contract. I've seen the clip used before. Very effective from what I've seen.
