Vinegar is an amazing cleaner. By using it instead of household chemicals, you can save money, and the environment. vinegar can be used to clean a shower in more than one way. I believe your looking for tip number 201 from this list.

White vinegar should be used... it's a sort of a miracle cleaner without hte chemicals. You can use it on any sponge or cloth, it removes the dirt and traces of clay.

Hi,
My father was a plumber, and all we used was SNO-Bowl liquid toilet bowl cleaner.
It's fast, cheap, and gets the job done.
Just don't leave anything "chromed" in it very long as it will take the chrome off.
I have always cleaned the aerator of all our faucets with this, too.
If you buy CLR, all you're getting is SNO-Bowl toilet bowl cleaner that has been diluted.
Hope this helps,
Dave
