U are 17 years old & ur hieght is 5'9, this is good. not bad. But u want good hieght like 6'0, so U can running, walking, join Gym, Yoga & any other execirse whichever is best & good for U. With this execrise u must take breakfast in morning.

5'9 is a good height for a seventeen year old person and in another year are so you will be 6'0 coz your growth rate wouldn't have stoped

Aur waise bhi aur kitna tall hona chahthay ho?? For ur age, this is kool..Im just 15 and im 5'7"..n I must say it all depends on ur diet.

you will be how ever tall you will be, you cant change it easily, you could have taken human growth hormones when you were young, or you can have your legbones sawn in two and lengthened at huge expense and with great pain, so i suggest you forget it. nothing wrong with 5ft 9

have a healthy, calcium and protien rich diet
exercise a lot... play plenty of sports
and 5'9" isn't bad
