A clinical abortion is any abortion that is performed in a medical setting by medical personnel. There are various methods of clinical abortions such as medication, vaccuum aspiration, and dilation and evacuation (D&E). It is called a clinical abortion as opposed to just abortion because the technical term for a miscarriage is a spontaneous abortion. Hope this helps.

From my experience speaking with women who have had both... An in-clinic abortion is much shorter and simpler and allows for a range of pain and anxiety medication, and some women feel more comfortable being in a doctor's care for the procedure. Medication abortion is a longer process that involves many hours of intense cramping and bleeding. Some women find this more comfortable because they can go through it in the privacy of their home and with their partners or other supporters. Yes, it can be a medication induced abortion. A clinical abortion is one done in a medical setting, like a hospital or clinic, where there are doctors, nurses and equipment in case something goes wrong ( like a crash cart or surg. suite).

Its just an abortion done in an abortion clinic. Rather than like a hospital. Its just somewhere where thats all they do is abortions.

no-it isnt mecidinal.
it is done at a low cost clinic basically where you go in a back door so no one sees you
they do the procedure & you are usually done and gone in an hour or 2 depending on what they used on you for pain.
