do the ole romantic dinner, live music if you know musicians that arent valentine's litterate, and get a few of your female buds to wait on you. cheap and to the point, and they'll lock up on the way out.
real special to this man, just a nice thought, even if its breakfast in bed or the nightly in the morning. most guys are amussed easily, just think of anything a guy likes, and honestly say we men arent easily amused. if you could get him a pill to make him fart purple clouds he'd love you forever, were funny that way.
candle lit dinners are nice, but if youve done it once this yr, just burn some scented candles or pot-pourii and let the evening unfold itself.
P.S. YOU ARE NOT COOKING UNLESS............

Cook him his favorite dinner, buy a sweet Valentines Day card and put near his dinner plate, when he opens it , put ur arms around him and tell him how much u love him. Finish off with his favorite dessert and see where the evening leads to. Have a few glasses of wine before bedtime, then put on ur sexiest nightie. I know u said no sex crap, but men love negligees and a woman that takes the initiative at times. I`m not a man, but my husband loves these moves when I do them. Have fun.

Hi Meagan M, Here is one suggestion: Drive him to work and pick him up (if this is possible?) then head out for a "Hot-Tub and Massage" session. Upon your arrival back home, have some "bubbly" on ice, a 1/2 dozen or so of his "favorite" finger foods...oysters,variety of cheese&crackers, fondue, chips w/dip or salsa, variety of fresh fruit etc...fun and easy stuff that you could feed each other, and some "erotic" literature to read to him. Not "Hoochie" magazines, go to your local used bookstore or library and find something tastefully wild! You will both be relaxed and hopefully "playful". Have Fun! XOXO Moonpie P.S. I wish I new your ages and where you lived...I might have come up with a better suggestion...LOL!

Try, running a bath for you two, and having bubbles & roses & candles in the tub, with the little scavenger hunt thing, going on with little cards saying sweet things on them leading up to the bathroom, & make sure you have romantic music playing, something I suppose around the whole "Our" song thing. ;] good luck
