Im needing some suggestions for Valentines Day....I don't want to go out and buy my hubby something i want to do something for him or make him something thats unique....something that holds true meaning...I thought about doing a scavenger hunt in our house and just buying 10 items or so and make him find them..or making a coupon book....im just not sure..I would really like some ideas from some guys...guys know what guys like...and i dont want any of that "have sex with him" crap either...something romantic....

The scavenger hunt is a good idea. Use your creativity. Make him wonder with each clue how "out of the box" you can be!

i like your idea about the scavenger hunt.. its nice and unique. it will more unique if the items you will buy has a meaning to both of you. like a poster/picture of the first movie you two watch and ask one question regarding that item(example: whats the significance of this item to us or when did we watch this? something like that) before continue looking for the next item.
in this way, you can also know if your guy really cherish everything you two do even the little things. and it'll be more fun reminiscing those moments together while doing the scavengr hunt.

is he a sports fan? then you can buy one of those mini-season ticket packages, you get to go to about 10 or 15 games a season and its much more affordable than whole seasons. Then you can ask him trivia questions all leading him to his answer...the sox or the angels or whatever. Or hide a different game ticket in different places. I dont know any guys that are into romantic quirky gifts, a coupon book..? that sounds like something a high school student would do. Also if you cook a romantic dinner and sit and have dinner with him, wear lingerie. it may not seem like your idea of romance, but guys love it. good luck making it to dinner, and honestly, there is no better gift than that.

well why don,t you give him a card that says that you will take him to the first restaurant you guys dated at,or if he,s a hockey fan you can get him a action figure of a player, there is basket ball players as well you can get then at the dollars store for $12 or zellars you can get one for $17 after tax or you can do a i.o.u. to have a picnic in a park when it,s spring time. how a bout his favourite chocolate bar give him two or 3 for the hunt. what a bout making a poem that has your feeling of how much you love him. also a stuff animal, there,s #4 i can,t think of any thing now but at less it,s a start,

Well for starters you could always ask him. But something that is different yet uusually romantic is going to a frozen pond. bring a blow up mattress (i'm not saying have sex with him...) a BUTT LOAD of blankets and pillows and some warm clothing and look at the stars and say the most deep indwellings of your heart. then fall asleep wrapped in each others arms. Sounds dumb but is soo mch fun.

Go to kraftfoods.com and get recipes for dinner etc and make him a nice meal. Set up the hunt and maybe at the end is a sexy outfit for you to wear for him. I think a nice meal with candles and music will be perfect

Do the scavanger hunt idea have it so that he meets up with you at a romantc place or the place you first met, or had your first date oh oh how about a picnik in the park.
