Dreams are a result of the unconscious manifesting desires that one cannot act on while conscious. Like rebelling against authority e.g. your boss or teacher, but you are afraid to do so because of the consequences. They could become true, because there is a logical pattern to you're desires and oftentimes, you experience a sense of deja vu when things happen which you think has actually happened before but in reality, they are just a part of previous dream sequences.

Is it possible that you are pregnant? it's been going on for several months now, so chances are if you were, you would have know by now, but I have heard of girls who didn't know until they were in labor. When I was pregnant, I had some horrible nightmares, along with just bizarre dreams. They, too were very vivid. Once I realized I was pregnant, they subsided, but lasted throughout most of my pregnancy.

Typically this can happen if you are on some sort of medication or if you just came off of some medication. Pain relievers, especially. I had knee surgery once and was on morphine for a while. When I came off of it I had the freakiest dreams ever for a while.
