Depending on the type of community that you are looking for. LA has sections where certain types of people live. Asians live in a nice area called Gardena, it is forty minutes from downtown LA. It is about twenty minutes from the beaches. One bedrooms are 650-800 per month. What's good about Gardena you are near the major freeways(105, 405, 91) , junior college (El Camino), and shopping malls (South Bay Galleria and Del Amo).

Gardena and Torrance both have large foreign populations. Gardena use to be called the melting pot of the California because it was divided up with five different races from around the world.

The newspaper that covers that area is the Daily Breeze Newspaper, the link is below.

i used to live in the san fernando valley and that was pretty decent. since i left 5 or 6 years ago, prices have skyrocketed on apartments, but i would say your best bet would be to look outside of the major metropolitan areas. avoid places like los angeles, santa monica and san diego. look in the surrounding cities. that is usually true for all areas, though. major metropolitan areas are expensive to live and work in. gas is usualy more expensive there as well.

My best friend just let go of a 1 bedroom apartment in Burbank. I believe she was paying around $600-800 for it which I thought was pretty good and Burbank is a nice city.

i imagine they (protesters) have the right to protest hostile to the warfare however the city council has a clouded judgment and voted for a decision that could want to get rid of the USMC recruiting station. Their causes for eliminating the Marines or calling them "unwelcome travellers" is carefully incorrect, and it got here from Code pink. evaluate right here: fantasy: Marine recruiters lie- fact: some do. however it is the duty for the "poolee" to seek 2d opinion or do his or her study earlier growing a member of. do not basically sit down there and nod your head at the same time as the recruiter tells you something. Ask questions and educate your self earlier something. fantasy 2: Marines discriminates with information from sexual orientation- fact: guess who got here up with "do not Ask do not tell" coverage. No it wasn't the Marine Corps or any branch contained in the protection rigidity. It turned right into a level approved with information from Pres. Clinton. maximum contributors city suggestions and the mayor must be removed from place of work for blindly believing in those 2 myths about the Marine Corps spread with information from Code pink. this isn't with the aid of them being liberal. it truly is because of their stupidity with information from giving into Code pink agenda better than something else and they did not imagine earlier they act.
