What would you do about them if you were in charge?

Guns and Drugs..
I watched Cops last night, and wow.. America looks pretty messed up.
So i guess go to town with an anti gun and drug campaign and try and help society, you guys have heaps of soldiers,
why not get them out into the streets and help..
Rebuild from the ground up..
Play grounds so they are safe for the kiddies.
Schools so they are safe for the kiddies..
as the song says.. the children are our future.
Poorer community's.. get the army to help rebuild them ..
If people are going to trash them again.. Get them into lock up at night and every day, they go out to repay there damaging property and cleaning up graffiti.. if they need more army personal.. bring them back from wars to fix there own country..
Just some ideas. i could go on and on.. but i wont.

The banking industry and credit cards. I could go on further in great detail ,but I don"t have that much time to get deep into this tonight. Many people will "fall" this year (again)from over consumtion of credit--many can not eat unless they charge it at the grocery store--or pay for gas "on time". Many people use one credit card to pay off another credit card that"s due--this "house of cards"will work for a short while--then it comes crashing down one after the other. Husbands and wives each have to work to pay the bills--this in itself has effect on the marriage,in ways not thought about at first--especially if working opposite hours/shifts--this can and will propably lead to a divorce,or some big problems.What would I do about it ? Pay cash as often as I could for things--use lay-aways--keep just one major credit card and keep control of it--burn the rest--don"t try to keep up with any one else>this is a silly ego thing. There"s more --this is a start.
