What is the name of the song that has this line it it: "wake smelling like a wild irish rose"?

The artist sounds like Dave Matthews, but I know it isn't. I also know that "Wild Irish Rose" isn't the title of the song, it is just mentioned in it. Therefore, it is not u2 or any of the other bands that sing a song titled "wild irish rose"
