i have been having problems with booting up from it not turning on to the power switch not even responding and sometines it tries to come on and just starts beeping i have unplugged and plugged in everything sometime it will come on and want me to re installwindow but acts like the cd is not in the drive i have also switched cd drives to no avail and i am on it right now by some meracle can some one please help p.s. when it came on this time it said hard drive error press f1 to continue and it booted up

those beeps mean something. they are a diagnostic code

make a note of them- check the website of however makes the bios on your pc.

Press del or one of the Function keys at boot up. if your not sure which key check the pc's makers site for enter bios.

might not be a hdd fault

I'm guessing that this could be your current feedback from your MB to your PS. I had a problem similar to yours and ended up have to change the MB. Try holding the ON/OFF switch in and then releasing it. If this helps then I'm thinking that I may be correct.
