Of course you can! Anyone at any age can go to college! Just call the admissions department of the school(s) that you want to attend and they will tell you everything that you need to get in. You are fine. I have students that are the same age as my grandparents in my classes, everyone is an equal and 21 is not too late at all! Good luck with applications!

Yes, and high schools generally keep your records for 25 years or more. My lover is 25 and he's just starting a four year program. He didn't submit high school stuff though because he never graduated. Heh. If you graduated, then you'll have to call your old high school and get the transcript sent. It's a pretty standard request. Once you get a year or more of post secondary education under your belt, colleges won't bother to look at your high school transcripts.

They will want your High School GPA and may (or they might not as that was 4 years ago) require your High School transcripts

you may find it dificult to gain admittance to the school because high school students are prefered. So if they won't admit you I'd suggest that you put in a semester or two in at your local community college and then transfer into your 4 year school. I've found it's much easier to gain admitance this way.

Yeah, you can. After a certain number of years they might not accept your SAT scores and will make you take an entrance exam. Your high school transcripts are always good.

Yes, but it will be harder to get in to certain school because HS senior are preferred. I had forty and fifty somethings in my classes.
