Spongebob was born on July 14, 1986 - he is almost 21 years old (as of 1/16/2007). lol :)

I would guess over 21 because of the episode when he was trying to get into a club (the salty spatoon or something), "the toughest club in town"!
Also, he's tried to get his licence a crapload of times, and he lives on his own
