It is possible if you have known them only ten minutes. Can you form a lasting relationship with someone you have known for a year and love is a different and harder question.
This is all about emotion and contains no math. There is no deadline.

It sure is. I've been happily married for almost 14 years and I knew my husband for less than a year. I don't know how rare that is, but I know I'm pretty lucky!
