Water resistant to 30 meters per the polar website.

I know my F1 is, so I'm guessing the F6 should be too. Lucky, getting an F6... LOL I got mine for a Christmas present, so I didn't have much choice XD it should say on the back of the watch though, on the silver side. Look for it, it should say like, 15m or something
