they r considered in some case but in dis developing world one has to move frwd and moral values seems to b a bourden on ones shoulder and so it can't b caried along .....

Everyone can consider moral values day by day if they wish. Perhaps for most people habits and day-to-day behaviors are shaped by their moral values, so that the moral values become implicit in the way they live their lives day-to-day.

Seems like it depends on the choice of the moment, the timing, and who is involved whether or not morals are considered.
