I tell it like it is..... Doesnt mean that you have to be rude about telling it like it is, I know at times I'm a little mean and maybe a bit rude when telling it like it is... Just being honest

I don't sugar coat, but I don't see any reason to be unnecessarily blunt, either. A good command of vocabulary lets you say what you think without causing undue hurt feelings.
