Which life style would you choose? ancient luxury or futuristic mediocrity.?

If you HAD TO choose one of the following would you rather (a) live the rest of your life 600 years ago (about the time of the Rennaissance) as an extremely wealthy and powerful person or (b) live the rest of your life 100 years in the future as a lower middle class citizen (According to the rules of the game this will not change, you will stay lower middle class in this society for the rest of your life.)

I'm pretty happy where i am.. (middle class)..

Back in the Renaissance, even if you had the money you had every one out to get you, kill you , hang you .. rob you in general.
Plus i like the health care system now days.
Oh and most important they will burn me, I'm A Witch.

So i choose (B). 100 years in the future as a lower middle class.

I already SO don't belong in this age.

I'd rather go back to the time when things made sense. The future of society is a little too "iffy".
