I need help with a song name from 1999 time period.?

Ok.. all I remember about the video is that this guy comes home to see his girlfriend with someone else and he has a tattoo of her name and he covers it up. I don't really rememer anything else. If anyone knows what it might be, please post. Thanks. And please don't post, google it or don't know. That's not an answer!
