I really need an eyeliner that does not smudge because my eyes water alot.

Almay. Choose the one in white tube not the gray. Works great and lasts all day. Trust me, this is the BEST and you won't look like a racoon at the end of the day!!

I had that problem too. So now I don't use eyeliner at all. Now I use a deep eyeshadow colour that complements the colour of eyeshadow that I'm wearing, and apply it along the lash lines with a special liner brush (very fine). It doesn't smudge and it's a little more subtle, and it looks way better.

Covergirl outlast smoothwear it works so good my eyes water to and mine always comes off or smudges and this stuff stays on all day.

M.A.C. fluidline works great. My eyeliner used to always smudge by the end of the day, but with fluidline it stays put all day and night. =)

MAC eye kohl liners are my favorite. They go on smooth and stay on better than any liner I've tried (and I've tried everything). Teddy is a shade that works well with all eye colors and complexions and is a great everyday color. Hope this helps!

I prefer the eye pencil from MAC. It goes on easily and the color selection is broad. I have very sensitive eyes and this works well for me.
