I feel like the guy at the end of "Blade Runner"....I've seen so many things....
Lightning traveling down a wet road
Tornadoes on the horizon
Volcanic dust coating everything after an eruption states away
A UFO
Collision/explosion in the night sky (of what I couldn't tell you)
northern lights (red)
Ice storm so bad that it brought down trees and electric poles
whales feeding (many)
I could really keep going on....The best thing is that I'm still sight-seeing as I travel at the speed of life!

When I was in the Navy, I was visiting a few friends on the Bridge of one of the ships, we were watching while another ship came into dock. This one guy on the dock helping moor the ship in. The seas were a bit choppy so the job was slow going.
The guy grabbed he bowline but was standing on the aft side of the line when the ship bucked on the rising water and pulled the bowline stiff. Everyone was yelling at him to move, but with all the commotion he couldn't actually hear what anyone was saying. The next thing we knew was the bowline snapped and sliced the guy in half! Right there before our very eyes!
I know I should have been horrified, but honestly...it was kinda cool!

The Northern Lights - in South Carolina. No kidding!! I was driving when I saw them and pulled to the side of the highway, climbed up on top of my car and sat there for hours. A state trooper pulled over and when I pointed out what I was watching, he sat down, too. Then he called all his trooper buddies. So me and about 10 cops sat on the side of the road watching the Northern Lights. I have only seen them twice here, but it was a cool moment.
