I know all coaches and players say "weather isn't a factor". But stats show otherwise! And New Olreans is not only a Dome team, they are in the south! And from what I understand the weather in Chicago is not gonna be the ideal conditions to play in! If you remember the Buccaneers Falcons, and teams that play in Domes or reside in the south always have trouble in the cold! I'm not saying they don't win! I'm saying the percentage of wins drops quite a bit! I even found this to be true with the Colts! All those times they lost in New England it was bitterly cold! Like between 3 and 10 degrees. Of course the Colts are a dome team!

Weather is most certainly a factor...Most notably in the kicking games... This is where the Bears have the biggest advantage... Robbie Gould is one of the most accurate kickers in the NFL and is a Penn St.. alum where the weather conditions are much similar to that of soldier field... On the flipside... Drew Brees and Reggie Bush have never played in a game with snow... (forecasted for sunday) So theres my 2 cents... BEARS WIN!!

You have a great point. The numbers show that weather IS a factor, and when you get hit pretty hard and it's FREEZING out, it is going to hurt. It is going to be quite cold in good old Chicago this Sunday, but I wish it would be just a bit colder. The Bears are used to these chilly and windy conditions, and the Saints aren't. If it was about 10 or 20 during game time, it would play a much bigger role. Last I checked, the weather is supposed to be around 30 degrees, which isn't bad at all. But, it's still going to be a little bit chilly for the Saints. I really hope the Bears can pull this off and go to the Super Bowl. It would be really sweet to see, especially here in Chicago!!!
DAAA BEARS!!!!

Weather is always a factor in a game. Thats why when bad weather is expected all of the betting lines change drastically. It also affects the turf they play on, how the quarterback throws the ball, and making field goals. Not to mention its always freezing in Soldier field, but I still give the edge to the Saints.

ok for all you people who stated the Colts had a terrible protection, they gained't repeat, peyton manning this, colts that... All I ought to declare is WE gained THE SUPERBOWL. So all of the crap your asserting would not rely, because of the fact we've the ring, the trophy and the call. not the chargers, bears or the patriots WE very own SUPERBOWL 40-one!!!! to respond to the actual question i think of the Colts vs. Saints would be a large game because of the fact we ought to coach we can bounce returned from what the haters say. bypass COLTS

The only way the Bears win is if the weather is bad. It becomes a defensive game. If the Bears win they won't win the Super Bowl. Grossman isn't very good.

i really don't think the Bears have what it takes to beat the saints. Seattle had them down on one knee and i think the Bears will really struggle against the Saints.

Also i can't lie, i hate that pussy Grossmen and he has no place in the superbowl. I could have been the Bears QB and ride off there D too, maybe ill go to training camp next year and try out lol

More than likely it will be a factor, the Saints aren't used playing in crappy chicago weather while the bears are.

No. The Saints will roll. Grossman will have 3-6 turnovers and the bears will be bounced from the playoffs yet again.
Go Saints!
