All you can really do is get a lawyer. Unless it states in the divorce papers that she can not leave the state without your ok then there is nothing you can do but get a lawyer. She has to give you details on where she is taking your son due to visitation reasons. Have them find out where she went. If you are paying child support then this should not be a problem. You may want to seek full custody if you feel the child is at risk but I must tell you that is hard to do because you have to prove the mother unfit and her leaving is not just enough cause to say she in unfit. Hope this helps and I hope you see your son soon...

Sadly the best thing to do is call the police. They can get an "Amber Alert" going if it is a recent flight. If you know where she went or may have gone, you can give them that information, and they can track her down. In joint custody, she was supposed to get permission from YOU and the court to leave with him. Good Luck!
