All laws are for the safety of the people.
We don't want anybody to go out nude because they might catch a cold or something during winter and might get a nasty sun burn in summer.
So for the love of all the people we have banned public nudity. :-)

Most people you would not want to see naked. The law against public nudity is to protect people from excessive nausea, vomiting and seizures. To a lesser degree it protects people from the consequences of seeing a really hot man (or woman if that's what you like) naked. These symptoms include: drooling, slobbering, sweating, passing out, etc.

Would you like it if you stepped on some sharp piece of glass lying around... even rich neighborhoods arent that safe you know.
And yes there's the social sanity and sexual/physical harrasment issues that WILL inevitably arise...
