while nursing, he'll poke his thumb into his mouth when my nipple ord in there???

while zzz, he'll swing his legs real hard onto e bed?

i know its 6mths to start solids...
but, he's been night waking every 2hrs at night to nurse! sometimes not exactly hungry juz comfort sucking... omg!!!

pls advise.... thx!

also, he began with coughing then now he's been screaming alot which leads to crying, super attention seeking, if i were leave him alone, he'll non-stop!!!

what kinda constructive educational toys of fair price range should i buy him?

My son did all these things too!
Sounds like your baby is teething. He is trying to relieve the pain with counter pressure from his thumb. he wakes frequently to nurse because the pain is more noticeable at night when everything is still and quiet.

He may also be having a growth spurt.

Solids won't help at this point if it is either of these things. because breastmilk is far more calorie dense than the small amount of foods that an infant will consume anyway.

Try teething tablets, washcloths that have been wetted and frozen for him to chew on, and possibly some teething gel if the gums look irritated or swollen or if he starts gumming the nipple.

The leg thing? Probably just reflexes.
