I've heard of that wearing a ring on right ring finger means she(or he?) is looking for a partner. Do you know specific about it?

It means they know wearing the ring on the left ring finger means they are married or engaged so they avoid doing it. No, it doesn't mean they are looking for a partner. It means they like wearing rings.

It really depends, in some cultures married women wear wedding rings on the right hand, not the left. In others, people wear rings on one hand if they are engaged and switch to the other when married.

It used to mean that the person was entered into a Partnership, commonly a same sex partnership. It was used more in the early to mid ninety's. Now though....it really doesn't mean anything besides that the person likes to wear rings.

I don't think that wearing it a certain way would indicated anything. What if the person just happens to be left-handed?
