Dima is right though the list is not complete. He is right at least for including Ariel Sharon, the butcher of Sabra & Shatila.

The question is a good one, and the answer given by Hardev P is also good, but I think it is incomplete!!! Nearly all the high level politicians can be added to this list!!!!
