Can there be a blizzard in California? Can it snow? Okay, is it at least possible for the temperature to get down to freezing?

I suppose I mean more the southern half, since it's warmer, but you can answer about the whole state, too.

The San Gabriel and San Bernardino mountains near Los Angeles regularly get pasted by big snowstroms. You can see snow on San Antonio and Cucamonga peaks right now from downtown LA!

With the global warming story : winters can become summers and vice versa and of course it could freeze in California , after all the world became upside down ,next it would freeze in the south pole ..

Blizzard, I do not know... Freezing, I would say it is possible!!! It has snowed in Ohio in the middle of June, so it is entirely possible. besides with the unseasonably warm weather we are experiencing in Ohio this winter I would not be at all shocked.
