It's a Knockout was a friday-night British television gameshow that ran through years 1966 to 1982, hosted and commented by Stuart Hall, David Vine and Eddie Waring. Basically, the show was about competitors dressed up with outfits, they were divided in teams and they were awarded with points when they showed their performance in the games.

They played the joker, double it up to six !
It's A Knockout! with a champion's league, floodlit version in the winter called Jeux San Frontiers (games without frontiers)
They tried to bring that back on one of the sattelite channels a few years ago but it was never the same without the Belgians.
You can still find repeats of the domestic It's A Knockout on the uk gold channels but I'd love to see the international repeats.

It's A Knockout - still repeated on one of the channels on Sky

Always looked forward to watching it, but it does not have the same appeal now.

The show was called "Almost Anything Goes". It was tried on at least three different seasons on ABC and in syndication in the mid-seventies and failed every time.
