I would, maybe a 10 minute power nap. One time I took a nap in the bathroom on the couch, I was so tired I didn't care where I was or how it smelled.

If you can get away with it then go for it! If you can catch a quick nap for about 20 minutes you will feel awake and refreshed. Trust me, it works!

If you have your own offfice, I don't see the problem.
If you don't have that luxury, just ensure you pull your legs right in; don't want to trip anyone up.
