1) Where does the opening scene take place?
2) What are the references to animals that Steinbeck uses when describing Lennie, and why does he compare him to an animal?
3) Why is George angry? Why does he take it out on Lennie?
4) From the metaphors used in the first chapter, what suggests that Lennie has some kind of mental illness/mild retardation?
5) Is George bullying Lennie or just correcting him?
6) What does the first chapter suggest about George and Lennie’s relationship?
You'll have to figure out the rest for yourself if you want to learn.

You mean Of Mice And Men?, if so then yes, but i'm not gonna tell you what happens to George and Lenny. You have to read it yourself to find out. Also if you dont want to read it then rent out the movie!

I have, and no, I don't have the book with me right now, it's in another room, so I can't give you 10 questions from the first chapter of mice and men.

The book"Of Mice and Men" by John Steinbeck. Read the chapter and make-up your own 10 questions, because I'm assuming that was your assignment.

It took me two days to finish reading this book, so it shouldn't take you that long if you sit in a quiet room and just read and understand it... if you don't help yourslef, how do you expect other to help you?

Go do your reading, high school student. It's a really good book (and short). You might enjoy it.
