Have you Noticed That More Men Have Died than the Woman At War???

I just saw a question that had been asked if woman should be drafted or are we too weak i have saw more men than woman killed this war that has been going on isnt that weird

why am i gettin so many thumbs down i was just asking a question

Should there be a sexual harrasment lawsuit filed against the military because of this,I do not understand your question.
I guess the guys over there do not have any manners,they never learned the "Ladies First " policy when trampling through minefields.
The fact of the matter is that men are placed in combative positions ,although women are in the "zone" ,so to speak ,but they more of in "supportive" roles ,not combative. They are still at risk of losing their lives just as their men counterparts.

The Army and Marine Corps are about 85% male, so it's not suprising that mostly men are getting killed. If the gender numbers were more balanced the death toll numbers would be too. And women are NOT too weak to be in combat - they can finger a trigger just as well as a man can!

And, for the record, women HAVE been in combat in Iraq since the begining - there are lots of women MPs going door to door to search for insurgents or working the checkpoints and women in transportation units operating machine guns on the convoys.

Also, a lot of women soldiers and marines may be, on paper, in non combat jobs but in the real world they are at the front with the guys.

You're probably getting the 'thumbs down' because some people probably can't believe you seriously think it's weird that more men than women have been killed in this war. When every service of the US military is at LEAST 80% male, obviously less women are being killed since there are way less women in the military to begin with.

mmm perhaps you should look at the precentage of women drafted that get killed, then look at the percentage of men drafted that get killed.

now factor in that women do not often have front line duties but are rather more likely to be kept out of the conflict zone and well the answer is

Obviously more men would die. The majority of soldiers in active combat are men.

well the fact is women are not allowed to serve in combat positions during a war. they are only allowed to serve in support positions. they can serve in a country at war but not in combat.
