I did a quick search on all 4 of the big Asian trade sites and there is nobody listing bearings out of Singapore this week. I did see a manufacturer (or distributor, can't remember) from Singapore offering ball and needle bearings on alibaba about a month ago. Keep checking the link I've supplied below every day, it won't take long before someone from there offers bearings again.

Post an ad in Japan, there are zilions of pachinko machines and some may send you some.
