You can't lie. Period. How old are you? If you're over the age of 16, in most states, you can drop out with parents' approval. But why would you want to drop out? So you can work in McDonald's as a fry cook the rest of your life? Or so you can sell drugs on the street for the local gangster hoods?

If you are droping out of school, you will not have to have them sent. If you plan on going back to school in a year or so, you can write and have them sent then. There should be no reason to involve the court.
