Nope, sorry guys, all wrong. Timing would be a problem at any speed. Filter would be an issue at any speed, sorry guys, I know that the other answers will get you no where. In my Frontier, which is cousin to your Pathfinder your EGR valve is opening up at the wrong time. It is dumping to much exhaust gas into the intake. Try replacing that, and any of the other sensors, tubes, and valves that control the operation of that EGR. While you are at it, it wouldn't be a bad idea to replace any O2 sensors that are over 1 or 2 years old. Less than that if you drive it a lot. If your state will allow you to, that is, they don't do smog checks, or they are very infrequent, disconnect the vacuum hose going to the EGR, at least for a test and see if this makes a difference.

i own a repair shop, and why don't you do this take it by auto zone and have them run a free scan on the computer and see it it has any bad sensors on it before you start buying parts,,it may be a simple sensor going bad on it causing this,,even a gas filter will cause this,,at least they can give you a real good starting point,,with it,,without buying a bunch of parts you don't need, this would be the best thing you could do,,it may even be a clogged air filter,,but have the test done,,its free, and it will help you,,good luck,i hope this help,s.

Don't understand clearly, but try a tankful of fuel system cleaner. Chevron techron, vavoline synpower and redline s1 are the most effective you can get in stores.

Or it could be your transmission, try the fuel cleaner first for $5.

i would be checking the fuel system first.run a test on the fuel pump, then check the gas filter.

Fuel filter first. If still the same, do a comp diagnostic on it.

How about the fuel filter? That can cause this to happen if you haven`t changed it. So can dirty spark plugs.
