NEW YORK CITY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If you live in an outer borough (Brooklyn, Queens) it's not too bad. The rent is high, but there are sooooo many inexpensive / free things to do and see.
Of course, us ladies are beautiful too!!
If you can make it here you can make it anywhere!

NEW YORK! But to afford it live in Queens (Astoria, WIlliamsburg, Forest Hills, etc.) or Brooklyn (wherever! like Caroll Gardens, Cobble Hill, Park Slope, etc.). Get a roommate to start. The best city. Places like Denver are really nice too - and a bit cheaper- but it's no NY!

My belief on this is Colorado Springs. It is beautiful, has lots of fun things to do, especially outdoor activities, and there are lots of young college gals and older ones too (depending on your age). It is a wonderful place to live and it is very affordable. The cost of living beats numerous other places I have lived.

Boston, MA is the greatest place to live in the US - however, not the most reasonably priced place to rent an apartment/buy a house.
Many beautiful women here. Plus our beaches are better than most other places.

Nashville, TN there are so many women over there, it's like a dog with fleas. How about a house on 5 acres for 89,000. No state income tax, cheap gas, and crazy wages for someone with a brain. and if you are dirt poor they also have health insurance for you for pretty much next to nothing.

I think Carl Sandburg describes the best city in the world in his poem. Take a read.
CHICAGO
HOG Butcher for the World,
Tool Maker, Stacker of Wheat,
Player with Railroads and the Nation's Freight Handler;
Stormy, husky, brawling,
City of the Big Shoulders:
They tell me you are wicked and I believe them, for I
have seen your painted women under the gas lamps
luring the farm boys.
And they tell me you are crooked and I answer: Yes, it
is true I have seen the gunman kill and go free to
kill again.
And they tell me you are brutal and my reply is: On the
faces of women and children I have seen the marks
of wanton hunger.
And having answered so I turn once more to those who
sneer at this my city, and I give them back the sneer
and say to them:
Come and show me another city with lifted head singing
so proud to be alive and coarse and strong and cunning.
Flinging magnetic curses amid the toil of piling job on
job, here is a tall bold slugger set vivid against the
little soft cities;
Fierce as a dog with tongue lapping for action, cunning
as a savage pitted against the wilderness,
Bareheaded,
Shoveling,
Wrecking,
Planning,
Building, breaking, rebuilding,
Under the smoke, dust all over his mouth, laughing with
white teeth,
Under the terrible burden of destiny laughing as a young
man laughs,
Laughing even as an ignorant fighter laughs who has
never lost a battle,
Bragging and laughing that under his wrist is the pulse.
and under his ribs the heart of the people,
Laughing!
Laughing the stormy, husky, brawling laughter of
Youth, half-naked, sweating, proud to be Hog
Butcher, Tool Maker, Stacker of Wheat, Player with
Railroads and Freight Handler to the Nation.

Lexington KY looks like a reasonably "cheap" city with things to do. That being said I like the Canada idea.
